The Team

With the vision of supporting Body Corporates with their management requirements, I established OBMS Building Management in 2019. In only five short years, I have grown the company to what it is today. I have also developed a partner network through which I am able to provide priority service to my Body Corporates and residents. Whatever the challenge, whether large or small, we have the right people in place to meet the highest standards.

A key component of my role is overseeing the day-to-day operations of our business to ensure that all members of our team and our partner's network are performing their duties efficiently and meeting the needs of residents and our Body's Corporate Committees.

Since I joined OBMS, we have expanded our client portfolio, and our client base has increased by 50%. As a result of our experience, we have completed a number of high-profile projects and established strong relationships with our partners and body corporate committees. Our continued growth has allowed us to enhance our services and add even more value to our clients.

Manny plays a vital role in keeping our team running seamlessly. With a strong sense of dedication and a keen eye for detail, Manny consistently goes the extra mile to support residents, Property Management, and Body Corporate committees, ensuring that all operations are handled efficiently and professionally. His collaborative spirit and willingness to tackle any challenge make him an invaluable part of our organization. Manny’s positive attitude and proactive approach inspire those around him, fostering a work environment where everyone can thrive and succeed.

Jelyn demonstrates exceptional leadership qualities and is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the cleaning team and ensuring that all areas of the building are maintained to the highest standards. She works closely with the management team to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, while also providing support to the team members to ensure that they are able to perform their duties to the best of their ability. Her commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment for all building occupants is unwavering, working tirelessly to ensure that this is achieved.

  I can't recommend highly enough Roger, Mark and their team at OBMS building management. OBMS also has a cleaning contract with this building, Ivory Apartments, and they do a fantastic job. The place is always spick and span. We like to keep the place to a high standard and Roger and his team certainly are able to do that.
